My jeep wont start, but it turns over?

I have a 95 Jeep Grand cherokee, and one day, it didnt start at all. I changed the spark plugs, the distributor, and it still wont start up. Batterys still good, but ya, wont start. How, and what would i need to solve this problem? My jeep wont start, but it turns over?
i own a repair shop and there's two important things you need to get it going fire and fuel, check to see if its getting either one of these right now it could be anything if we knew if it was getting either one of them we could help, but you first need to find this out,and then maybe i could help you ,good luck with it.My jeep wont start, but it turns over?
What do you mean: ';it turns over';? What type of key do you have? My fiance has a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it also would not start. Apparently, in his key is a chip and the car reads the chip. The dealership told him that the chip in the key died and we had to buy a new key. Could this be the same type of key that you have?
check for spark and check to see if its getting fuel spray some starting fluid into the throdel body and turn it over if it runs for a few seconds then its you fuel pump if it dont start then check for spark
when you turn the key to the ';Run position'; can you hear the fuel pump at the rear buzzing??

It should cycle on for two seconds at a time,,each time you turn the key to the run position,,,,get some one to listen near the gas tank,,if you cant hear it running,,,then you wont be getting any fuel.
is it getting gas?maybe its the gas filter.what about spark?is it getting spark at the plugs?it could be the coil or module.
your starter could be going
