How do I put my spark plugs on the distributor cap in order?

sparkplug wires for a 93 honda civic ex 1.6 liter vtec motor

my car stop working one day and i had mechanic take a look at it and he said its distributor so i went out and i told my friend to start taking out distributor and i forgot to tell him to mark the plugs before taking them out and now im stuck cause i have distributor here and car cranks but theres no fire like when i turn the car on to start it i see that the belt is moving slow so i dont know if that another problem preventing it from starting..

i have the sparkplug wiring like this 1-3-2-4 i dont know if this is right i looked at a pic on google tryin to figure it out.can someone please tell me the correct order on how the sparkplugs suppose to be and if theres any else i need to know before i do this?like with the rotor inside the distributor cap cause i changed samething or is there a way im suppose to put it on??How do I put my spark plugs on the distributor cap in order?
put the distributer back in place and seing that the car is a 93 the wire should be a lil formed into wear they goHow do I put my spark plugs on the distributor cap in order?
Hope you had more than one opinion on the real trouble.Regardless of wire position w/ spark plug or screwdriver placed in the end of the wire. You should have a spark to ground when spinning the engine. The distrbutor will only go in one way.

order of numbers i think is correct.Belt turning slowly not broke.Cam turns once for two turns of the crankshaft. You have an ignition fuse on this model.
how about finding another car kind of like your s and asking to look at the wires and kick his but and yours for not marking them...
The wires should be certain lengths, but just in case, facing the engine start from the left (passenger's side). The side of the engine with the belts is the front of the engine and the side with the transmission attached to it is the rear of the engine. The distributor should be labeled with the numbers.
i just go to autozone and they do it for me.
