How much would tanning bed 3d CAD files w/ wiring diagrams from a major distributor be worth?

How much would tanning beds in solidworks/autocad format be worth, lets say it was from 5-8 beds types from a major tanning bed company. If they were slightly modified, could they be changed in the slightest way and a new company be formed? Creating a new line of tanning beds? Are drawings like these valueble?

If you work within the industry .dwg files are not worth anything, every drafty makes copies of everything, shares them with everyone and takes as much information with them when they leave a job. There is not alot of detailed drawing that is done from scratch anymore, usually just modifying old .dwg's. If the drawings aren't copy-write anyone can use them, if they are, .dwg copy write expires after 3 years, and even then you can get around it but just changing text style, line wights and dim styles.
